Jane first became interested in healing while working at Maine Medical Center as a Building Coordinator and Childbirth Educator. She attended classes in Healing Touch, an energy based modality to restore harmony and balance in the energy system. In 2004, Jane completed her formal Holistic Massage training at Spa Tech in South Portland, Maine. For the next 4 years, Jane lived in Scottsdale, AZ where she complemented her traditional massage by attending the Southwest Institute for the Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. While in Scottsdale, Jane was delighted to experience a Premordial Meditation class in Sedona, volunteer for the yearly "Celebrate Your Life Conference" in Scottsdale meeting many well known authors in self discovery; attended workshop/talks with Deepak Chopra, Esther & Jerry Hicks (Abraham), Meditation with Baba Sri Siva from India; Warfield Moose, Jr., a Lakota Yuwipi Man from the Pine Ridge Reservation near Wounded Knee, South Dakota; and studied Numerology. Happy to be back in Maine, she hopes to spread the positive effects of bodywork and self awareness.

Massage and energy work are used collectively to help the body return to a comfortable healthy balance. Each session will help to make positive gains physically, emotionally and spiritually bringing inner balance, clarity and freedom.

While in Arizona for 4 years, Jane also studied Numerology, the study of numbers. Pythagoras, the father of mathematics is credited with establishing the numerical system we use today. "Everything is a number and to know numbers is to know thyself". Jane offers Numerology reports featuring the four major numbers relating to the Life Path, Destiny, Heart's Desire and Personality.
