   My clients come to me with a wide variety of goals and issues, each session is individualized and unique. I call upon my many years of experience as a Life Coach, a Polarity Practitioner, a teacher of the principles of the Law of Attraction, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and a Massage Therapist to help me be of service. If you are wounded from a hurtful situation, I will help you learn ways to believe in yourself, heal and, take back your power. If you want help achieving a goal, we will work together to uncover your challenges, to bring clarity of thought and desire and to set up steps you can take to move forward. If you want freedom from physical/emotional/spiritual pain, I offer massage, energy clearings and many other techniques to help you feel great again.

   As a skillful Life Coach, I will ask you just the right questions and listens intently to your answers. I work with you to achieve your personal goals by helping you transform the negative voice of your limiting beliefs and self-saboteur, into a more supportive voice that encourages life-affirming decisions. I will help you navigate around the challenges found in your mind, your body and /or spirit. to the path of least resistance where there is constant flow and ease.  After a comprehensive interview about your goals and possible blocks on the subjects of money, profession, relationships, emotions, health & well-being and, spirituality, I will prepare and deliver your own personal Vision Statement. It is a powerful piece, containing affirming statements that envision your life as if your goals have already manifested. Listening to this brings optimism and readiness for it all to be true.

   I became aware of the principles of the Law of Attraction many years ago and bring them into every session. I teach you how to be more aware of the principles in your everyday life. Whether you are thinking a happy, optimistic thought or a more negative, draining thought, Law of Attraction brings more of the same, so.... why not learn to use it to your advantage? Once you realize the power of this advantage, you will be surprised and pleased at how quickly your goals are manifested. I will offer you what I call wholework, exercises that can be practiced at home to help keep you more and more aligned with better-feeling thoughts which lead to a better feeling life.

   Sometimes your physical/emotional/spiritual challenges are due to an imbalance in your life force energy. These imbalances often become habits that don't really serve you yet you keep them because they are familiar and it is scary to think beyond them. From within that constricted life, it is difficult to even imagine taking a step forward. Once the energy system is balanced, cleared and aligned, you will feel free of your limitations and have the energy, enthusiasm and courage to step into a new comfort zone and take a chance. It becomes easier to make new decisions, take new actions and to be truly in control of your life again.

   I have been an Advanced Polarity Practitioner since 1990, and my ability to perceive, clear and repair your energetic systems is a great advantage to every coaching session. It is possible to perform energy clearings without you present so sessions are highly effective from a distance as well, over the phone. I offer full Polarity sessions in combination with Empowerment Coaching.

   I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 1987 and went immediately into private practice. Fully realizing that physical pain has many roots, I combine my years of experience, my knowledge of anatomy, my skill and my intuition to sculpt the perfect session for each client. I am comfortable offering an hour massage for relaxation or injury rehabilitation or I can combine the massage with energy clearings for a more physically and spiritually balance session.
